Did you know that it is World Book Day on 7th March?
If your children are at Nursery or Primary School, it is highly likely that they will be asked to dress up as a character from their favourite book. I am hopeless at making costumes, so am always on the look out for ideas.
This year I have been introduced to Delights.co.uk who have a whole page dedicated to World Book Day Costumes.
They offered me the costume of my choice to review and I chose “Where’s Wally”.
Priced at £17.99 the outfit comes with blue elasticated trousers, a red and white stripey long sleeved t-shirt in a stretchy material, a red and white bobble hat and some black round glasses frames. It is available in sizes Small (4-6), Medium (7-9) and Large (10-12). They even do adult versions if you fancy dressing up yourself!
I hope you agree that Isaac looks adorable in this costume!
Isaac is 4 and short for his age, so the trousers are a little too long and the material is quite flimsy so if it is cold then I highly recommend a long sleeved top to be worn underneath. The glasses are a good solid plastic, so shouldn’t get broken by heavy handed youngsters.
All the kids had fun dressing up too!

Kian was disappointed that he doesn’t get to dress up now he is in secondary school, but insisted on trying on the glasses.
It’s a thumbs up from Isaac |
